I’m sure that you have these moments when you’re thinking about what to cook or prepare for your coming working day, because you don’t want only eating -last-minute-burger-and-sandwiches- or something from your nearby cafeteria, but you really haven’t enough time to cook something healthy. We are sitting in the same boat.
That’s the reason why I’m showing you how to make yourself a healthy and insanely delicious snack for your tomorrow working day! But first, think of Apple Pie. Imagine the smell and the taste of apples and cinnamon. Alright?

Unbelievable but true! You just have to cut an apple, put it together with the other ingredients in a bowl and let your fridge keep working for you.
The next morning you grab your Apple Pie Overnight Oats, go to work, wait for lunchtime, and then -finally- take your spoon, and enjoy your Apple Pie Overnight Oats. You notice the softness of the oats and an intense apple and cinnamon flavor overwhelms you. It can’t get any better!

- 1 apple
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 3/8 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Peel and cut an apple into little pieces.
- Put apple and all ingredients in an airtight jar and store it in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy the next day.
