This easy Pesto Genovese comes together in minutes and is super healthy and just delicious. 6 ingredients.
- 1 oz Basil Genovese
- 1 oz parmesan
- 1 oz pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 2.5 olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- olive oil to cover
Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Transfer into a jar, cover with extra olive to prevent the basil from oxidating and seal the jar. Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
