I swear on Juice! A glass of juice is my daily breakfast for about one year. I literally can feel how I’m feeling fitter and better. Before I started juicing, I slept at least 10 hours on weekends. Someday up to 12! I was tired, oh so tired, all the time! It was frustrating because no matter how much I slept I was tired though. Sounds familiar?
About one year ago I changed my lifestyle in many different ways. I started to do sports and changed my diet. Four to five days a week, I eat no sugar and watch my calories. Two or three days a week I make cheat days on which I eat Black Forest Cake and Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake. Hey, I’m just a human. I also started to eat my daily demand of fruits and vegetables. Now, about one your later I can say that I feel great. Like I didn’t ever before.

Every day in the morning, I follow the same routine. After leaving the bathroom, I go straight to the kitchen and clean, peel and cut fruits and vegetables for my husband’s and my breakfast juice. I just have my juice in the morning and nothing else. Coffee? Nope! Breakfast muffins? No no!
Before I started juicing, I had Red Bull for breakfast to get awake and to life. Now, I don’t drink any caffeine and don’t need it at all. I have so much energy and feel absolutely great. I know it’s a drastic cut to change habits or lifestyle, but let me tell you that a change towards to a healthier life is totally worth it. Maybe you don’t need or want to change everything in your life at once like I did, but I highly recommend starting juicing. Give it a try. Are you more a fan of smoothies? Perfect! Juice in the morning gives you lots of energy and vitamins. In the morning we need a lot of energy. The day begins, and we have to bring children to school, go to work, or attend any courses. With starting juicing, your energy level reaches new highs. You will feel alive and active. There are lots of delicious fruits and vegetables which add perfect flavors to your juice. Play around with everything you love.
The most of the time I make juices with about 60-80% vegetables and just 20-40% fruit ratios. But when you just start juicing, I recommend having a higher fruit ratio and a lower vegetable ratio. Your taste buds need a bit of time to get used to the taste of vegetable juices. This Vitalizing Tropical Juice is the perfect start to a new breakfast era. It only has one bell pepper a little piece of ginger inside, and the rest is fruit based. Increase the vegetable ratio little by little.

- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 orange
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lime
- a thumb sized piece of ginger
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
Peel pineapple, orange, and lime and cut into big chunks. Cut bell pepper into a few strips. Peel ginger. Put everything into a juicer. Then add coconut water to juice and stir to combine. Enjoy immediately. Pulp can be used in baking goods or throw it away.
