The only two things that matter when using an air fryer are time & temperature. Set the cooking time & temperature to your desired doneness, regardless of the pre-settings on your air fryer.
Use 100% beef patties that are made from scratch. For fresh beef burgers that are ¼-½ inch thick, cook on high heat for a short time. This ensures that the juices remain in the meat.
Increase the time to 15-20 minutes and decrease the temperature to 375°F to cook them evenly. If you prefer to thaw them first, cook them like fresh patties.
