These Biscotti are easy to make. The texture is amazing becasue they are not as hard as usual.
What you need
All-purpose Flour Baking Powder Salt Unsalted Butter Sugar Olive Oil Eggs Vanilla Pistachios (optional) Chocolate (optional)

Let's make it
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt to combine. Then set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, and oil. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in pistachios.
Divide dough in half and form into 2 equal-sized logs. Place on a baking sheet, flatten, and bake.
Cut them into slices, set cut sides upright, and bake. Then turn over and bake on the other side.
Dip into chocolate, sprinkle with pistachios, and enjoy!
