In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and set aside

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Slowly add the oil and the buttermilk while whisking. Add the sour cream and stir to combine.

Then, add the flour mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined. Fold in the mashed & whole blueberries to incorporate.

In a medium bowl, use your fingers to combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Spoon the batter into the prepared wells until almost full and top with the streusel. Then bake.
