Ingredients

Combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes.

Add egg and vanilla, and mix again for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and mix for another minute. Finally, add the flour mixture and mix until incorporated for another minute.

Stir in your peanut butter and chocolate chips. Cover your dough and chill for an hour.

Roll your dough into 18 equal-sized balls and place them on your baking sheets. Bake your cookies, one sheet a a time, for 10-12 minutes or until their edges are set and lightly browned.
