Let's make it
Wash and drain the rice 3x.
Cook rice with water. Allow to sit. Then cool.
Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt, heat, and fold into rice.
Combine soy sauce and wasabi.
Cut nori sheet, avocados, cucumber, and imitation crab, and serve with rice, sesame, and sushi sauce.
