Beat butter until soft. Mix in the chocolate until creamy. Add rum and mix to combine. Then chill.
It must be firm enough to scoop before you roll the truffles into balls.
Scoop and quickly roll the truffles into balls. Cool for 1 hour in the fridge or freeze for 15 min.
Dip the truffles in melted chocolate and let dry in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
Dust with cocoa and enjoy!
