These Christmas Cookies are buttery, soft, and melt in your mouth. Easy to make.
What you need
Unsalted Butter Sugar Egg Yolks Salt Vanilla All-purpose Flour Fillings & Decoration of your choice

Let's make it
Cream the butter and sugar. Mix in the egg yolks, salt, and vanilla. Then mix in the flour.
Knead by hand a few times until smooth.
Roll the dough into balls, about 1 tbsp of cookie dough each.
Roll in sugar, sprinkles, or nuts if you like.
Press the back of a ½ tsp in the center and fill up with your favorite filling (I love chocolate spread). Then bake.
