Pistachio Chocolate Cookies

Green peeled pistachio kernels Unsalted butter Granulated sugar Cornstarch Vanilla Baking soda Light brown sugar Semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips Salted pistachios Salt All-purpose flour Egg

Ingredients

Prepare your ground pistachios. Slowly grind them in a food processor and be careful that your grounds don’t turn into a paste.

Combine your dry ingredients first. Then, in a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. You can now combine the dry mixture and mix together until well combined.

Add the chopped pistachios and chocolate chunks. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.

Scoop the dough into equal-sized cookie balls. Place them on lined baking sheets. Then, bake one sheet at a time for 10-11 minutes.
