Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough*
  • cup tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices pepperoni or salami, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 204°C for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the pizza dough and stretch and shape it into a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) rectangle. Use enough flour to keep the dough from sticking and tearing.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough and leave about 1-inch (2.5 cm) on both long sides. Scatter the cheese on top and distribute the pepperoni. Starting on one long side, roll up the dough tightly. Lightly flour a sharp knife and cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces.
  • Then place the rolls in a pizza pan (mine is 8-inch / 20cm) and bake at 400°F / 204°C for 5 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F / 177°C and bake for another 10-15 minutes until baked through.** Serve immediately.

Notes

* You can use either store-bought dough, yeast pizza dough, or sourdough pizza dough.

** Baking times can vary depending on the dough you use.
