  • Slice the pork into 3 cm (1.2 inch) thick pieces.
  • Using a fork or a meat tenderizer, pierce the pork all over on both sides.
  • Place the pork in a marinating container. Pour in soy sauce and olive oil, and then sprinkle with dried marjoram, garlic powder, and black pepper. Secure the container with a lid or cover with cling film. Allow the pork to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, or leave it in the fridge overnight.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade after 2 hours. If refrigerated, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour prior to cooking.

  • Flip the pork chops at the 4-minute and 8-minute marks during cooking.
  • After 12 minutes, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 3-4 minutes. The meat's interior should be slightly pink or light brown, according to your preference.
