  • Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF or 200ºC.
  • Prepare the zucchinis by cutting them into thin slices or strips.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the breaded zucchini pieces on the air fryer tray or basket and lightly sprayed them with cooking oil. You may also use parchment paper.
  • Put the tray or basket with zucchini into the preheated air fryer and cook at 400ºF (200ºC) for 12 minutes.
    Note: Be careful, as the walls of the air fryer are very hot.
  • Once the zucchini turns golden and crispy, they are ready. Serve the hot air-fried zucchini with your choice of dipping sauce, such as marinara or garlic aioli.
