Blend blueberries with an immersion hand blender and stir together with cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla* until combined and creamy. Put with milk and oats into a jar, stir to combine and store in the refrigerator overnight. Add additional milk before serving if desired. Add toppings of your choice.
*First, cut off the straight end of the vanilla bean. Then place the tip of your sharp knife below the curled end and cut the vanilla bean through the middle of the bean lengthwise.
