  • 2.8 oz dried dates pitted
  • 1 oz dried sweet cherries
  • 0.7 oz dried cranberries
  • 1.2 oz cashew nuts
  • 1.2 oz almonds
  • 1 1/2 tsp flaxseeds shredded
  • pinch of salt
  1. Toss everything into the food processor and pulse until start making lumps, and small chunks of nuts are still visible. Then transfer onto a parchment paper and press with your fingers evenly to a 1/4 inch thickness. Form to a square or a rectangle. Let dry for about one hour then cut into eight equal bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
