Ingredients
  • 14 oz papaya (400g)
  • 7 oz Greek yogurt (200g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
  1. Peel papaya and remove black seeds. Cut papaya into a few chunks and freeze in a zip lock bag overnight.

  2. The next morning, place frozen papaya chunks into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Put papaya puree into a bowl and stir together with Greek yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and agave syrup. Top with granola, additional papaya chunks, agave syrup, and Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 day.
