Clean strawberries and remove the green leaves. Peel bananas and cut into a few pieces. Freeze strawberries and bananas in a zip lock bag overnight.
Place frozen strawberries and bananas into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add date, cashew milk, peanut butter, and acai powder and blend until smooth and fully combined. Serve with toppings of choice. Eat immediately or store in the freezer up to 1 day.
