Air Fryer Peach Cobbler
This is one of the best summer desserts and you can enjoy it without turning on the oven. It is made with canned peaches which makes it so easy to make, and you can enjoy it all year round, not just during the peach season. Serve hot with a pinch of cinnamon and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 15 oz (1 can) canned peaches in juice
- For serving: cinnamon and vanilla ice cream
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
Put the butter in an 8-inch (20cm) pan* and melt in the air fryer.
In the meantime, put the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and milk in a large bowl and whisk together. Pour onto the melted butter without stirring. Then pour the canned peaches over it without stirring.
Cover with foil and poke a few holes in the foil to allow the steam to escape. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool down for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with vanilla ice cream if you like.
*This recipe fits in an 8-inch (20cm) round pie dish or square brownie pan. If your air fryer basket isn't big enough for this pan size, you’ll need to adjust the recipe. In my air fryer cheesecake post, I show how to convert a recipe to any pan size. Alternatively, bake it in individual ramekins for about 30 minutes.
