Making air-fried french toast is a great way to use up your leftover bread and give yourself a breakfast or snack option that's quick and easy. It requires minimal prep work! I'll also show you how to air-fry toast sticks and how to cook them from frozen.

- 8 slices brioche or white bread, cut into 1.5-2 inch slices
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup milk, at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (191°C) and lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and cinnamon until combined, and no lumps remain. While whisking, gradually add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture to coat both sides and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
