Ingredients

  • 8 slices brioche or white bread, cut into 1.5-2 inch slices
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup milk, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (191°C) and lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and cinnamon until combined, and no lumps remain. While whisking, gradually add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
  • Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture to coat both sides and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
