Flour Baking powder Salt Unsalted butter Egg whites Granulated sugar Milk Cream cheese Vanilla extract Powdered sugar Gel food coloring Sprinkles Candy melts

Ingredients

Combine flour, baking, powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

1

Beat butter, oil, and sugar together for around 2-3 minutes or until creamy.

2

Add vanilla and egg whites into your cake mixture for 2 minutes or until fully incorporated. Then, alternately add dry ingredients and milk into it, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir until combined.

3

Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 38-42 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.

4

Prepare the frosting by first beating butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla to your frosting and continue whisking until you end up with a smooth, creamy, and lump-free frosting.

5

Crumble the cooled cake.

6

Incorporate the frosting into the cake crumbs. Mix it with your hands, a spoon, or an electric mixer.

7

Divide your cake pop dough into different bowls according to how many colors you want. You can also make an uncolored version. If that’s your preference, move on to the next step.

8

Roll the cake pops into uniform balls.

9

Melt your coating then prepare each lollipop stick by dipping its tip into it.

10

Insert the stick into the center of each cake pop.

11

Dip each cake pop into your melted coating until it’s completely covered. Let the excess coating drip.

12

Let your coating set by sticking your cake pops into a styro block or by letting them stand on glasses. Just be careful to not let them touch each other. Chill them for an hour.

13

Take them out and decorate the cake pops as you wish.

14

Use melted candy melt to draw fun and spooky faces on your cake pops!
