All-purpose flour Baking soda Salt Unsalted butter Granulated white sugar Brown sugar Egg Vanilla extract White chocolate chips or white chocolate chunks Macadamia nuts

Ingredients

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

1

In another, larger bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the egg and vanilla. Mix for another minute or until creamy.

2

Add the flour mixture you prepared earlier and mix on low speed for 30-60 seconds or until incorporated. Then, mix in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts until they’re well distributed. Cover and chill for an hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F (or 175°C) and line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper.

3

Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough for each cookie and roll into even balls. Place them on your baking sheets spaced around 4 inches apart.

4

Bake your cookies one sheet at a time for 10-11 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and the center looks pale. It is okay to underbake them as they will continue baking on the sheets.

5

Let your White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Macadamia Nuts cool and serve with a tall glass of fresh milk. Enjoy biting into your freshly baked soft and chewy cookies!
