Flax Seeds/Chia Seeds

Instructions
Option 1 (Cornstarch)
Use in a 1:1 ratio, according to the recipe. (1 tablespoon of xanthan gum = 1 tablespoon of cornstarch)
Option 2 (Flax/Chia Seeds)
Use a blender to grind the seeds into powder.
Mix the ground seeds with water in a 1:2 ratio. (1 tablespoon of ground seeds = 2 tablespoons of water)
Let the ground seeds sit in the water for 15 minutes.
Use the mixture as a substitute in a 1:1 ratio, according to the recipe. (1 tablespoon of xanthan gum = 1 tablespoon of ground seed mixture)
Option 3 (Egg White)
Separate the egg white from the yolk and transfer it to a container.
Use the egg white in a 1:1 ratio, according to the recipe. (1 tablespoon of xanthan gum = 1 egg white)
