Making the ranch dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk and mix well.
Add minced garlic, dill, parsley, chives, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Place the sauce in the refrigerator. While you prepare the nuggets, the sauce will develop its flavors and thicken slightly.
Air frying chicken nuggets.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). I’m using the Instant Vortex Plus XL.
Arrange the frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer within the air fryer basket, making sure they have space in between. No additional oil is required for this recipe. You can also line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Air-fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken nuggets halfway through the cooking process.
Transfer them to a serving dish and serve with your homemade ranch dressing.
Remember that cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on your specific air fryer model and your personal preferences. Feel free to adjust accordingly.
