Equipment

  • Air Fryer (I'm using the Instant Vortex XL Plus)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • Serving dish

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by setting your air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC). Allow it to preheat while you prepare the gnocchi.
  • In a large bowl, combine gnocchi, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, paprika, dried onion, dried garlic, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure an even distribution of spices.
  • Pour in the olive oil over the gnocchi mixture. Mix again, ensuring the gnocchi are thoroughly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
  • Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If your basket is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Set the air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC) and cook the gnocchi for approximately 10 minutes. They should turn golden and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove the gnocchi from the air fryer. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot with your choice of sauce.
