Start by setting your air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC). Allow it to preheat while you prepare the gnocchi.
In a large bowl, combine gnocchi, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, paprika, dried onion, dried garlic, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure an even distribution of spices.
Pour in the olive oil over the gnocchi mixture. Mix again, ensuring the gnocchi are thoroughly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If your basket is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Set the air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC) and cook the gnocchi for approximately 10 minutes. They should turn golden and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the gnocchi from the air fryer. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot with your choice of sauce.
