  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter until combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk just until combined.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare parchment paper for the air fryer basket by cutting it into the size of the air fryer basket. Once preheated, place a paper-lined 7-inch pan inside the air fryer basket and scoop ¼ of the pancake batter on the baking paper and spread evenly.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until small bubbles form on the surface and the tops are set. Flip the pancakes over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the pancake from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
