Equipment

  • Air Fryer (Mine is the Instant Vortex Plus XL)
  • Egg bite molds
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Grater

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Prepare your egg bite molds. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the molds, filling them about ⅔ full, as the egg bites will expand slightly while cooking.
  • Place the molds in the preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes or until the egg bites are golden brown and firm.
  • After cooking, carefully remove the egg bites from the molds and allow them to cool slightly. Serve the egg bites warm, either as a breakfast option or as a snack. You can also add your favorite vegetables, seasonings, or sauces to customize the flavor.

Notes

These egg bites are great as a frozen option to make at a later date. They last comfortably for several months.
